Practice Manager

• Diane Dawson
  Diane has been with the Practice since August 2006 where she joined the practice with a career history from within the Public, Private and Third sectors. Diane is responsible for the overall Management and development of the Practice in consultation with the Partners.

Assistant Practice Manager

• Sally Orchard
  Sally has been with the Practice for 13 years and has experience of working within the Reception and Dispensary. Sally oversees the Practice facilities including Information technology and the Practice IT booking system EMIS..

Financial Administrator

• Tonia Grant
  Tonia has been with the Practice for 10 years and supports the financial administration of the Practice. Tonia also oversees any enquiries relating to medico legal requests specifically relating to invoicing.

 Secretaries

• Helen Boyde and Pat Bagatelas
  Helen and Pat support Practice from a secretarial perspective, including referrals, they also assist patients who are eligible and in need of transportation to and from hospital.

Lead Receptionist

• Marjory Godfrey
  The Practice has a team of part time receptionists who will be pleased to assist you between the hours of 8am and 6pm. The telephone lines are operated between 08.15 and 18.00hrs. After this time you will be redirected to the Bath and North East Somerset out of Hours Service.
