Patients who are not attending appointments has decreased slightly since highlighting how many Do not attends occur at the practice on a monthly basis.

During January 30 GP appointments were booked but not used. We understand that there are times where there are situations beyond your control. However if you are unable to attend please do try to put in a phone call or cancel on line and enable us the opportunity to give the appointment to someone else.
