In October 2008, 40 patients failed to attend for their appointments without letting us know in advance.

Please advise us if you are unable to make your appointment.

40 appointments could equate to an additional GP evening surgery once a week.

Enable us to give another patient the opportunity to be seen.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please telephone us as soon as possible - this gives us the best chance of offering it to somebody else who needs it. Please always let us know even if it has to be at the last minute.
